Our Story
It all started in December 2004 when Chris and Linda journeyed to Southeast Asia and were struck by the idea of bringing the wok cooking concept to Australia. As they indulged in street food, they were mesmerized by the sight of chefs tossing ingredients together right before their eyes. The theatrical experience of watching their food being cooked was simply unforgettable.
Upon returning to Canberra, they visited Sydney and Melbourne and found that Noodle Bars had become trendy. However, they aspired to create an open kitchen where customers could relish the same experience they had during their travels. They also loved the idea of serving noodles in a box. This led them to open their first shop in Gungahlin in 2005. The concept was unique, and they wanted others who shared their love for noodles to enjoy the same experience.
